Present at the meetings were personages of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader", Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, Benin Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Cotonou Institute of Journalism, Dnepropetrovsk Branch of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and other bodies and institutions and masses.

Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that the U.S. instigated the south Korean puppet forces to ignite the Korean War at 04:00 on June 25, 1950. He cited concrete facts about its ignition of the war. This was the irrefutable truth, he added.

Pascal Zouncheme, rector of Cotonou Institute of Journalism of Benin and chief of the Benin Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said:

The U.S. and its allies have ceaselessly staged large-scale joint military exercises against the DPRK in a bid to ignite another Korean war.

If the U.S. starts a new war, the army and people of the DPRK single-mindedly united around the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un will never miss the golden chance but win victory in the standoff with the U.S. and the great war for national reunification.

The chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk Branch of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that the U.S. imperialists remain unchanged at all in the purpose and method of their policy of aggression against the DPRK and become evermore aggressive in their nature. He called for launching more vigorous activities to disclose the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK under such circumstances.
