At the rally speakers said the "Saenuri Party" is blustering that former president Roh Moo Hyun intended to offer the northern limit line to the north, farm from apologizing for the IS's interference in the election and advancing ways for preventing the recurrence. The party resort to this trite method with the use of a "theory of coloring" whenever they are caught in political crisis to tide over the situation, they charged.

It is becoming clearer day by day that the "Saenuri Party" deceived the people in league with the IS, they held.

Recalling the recent suggestion made by the "Saenuri Party" of forming a special committee within the party for the purpose of reforming the IS, they urged the party not to deceive the people again under the pretext of the reform.

All this proves that the present regime has no will to punish those involved in the IS's case and settle the issue, they said.

It is clear that if those concerned are not thoroughly punished, the IS will as ever conduct illegal watch and surveillance and unhesitatingly interfere in such important affairs as election, they deplored.

Prior to the rally, the General Student Council published a declaration in the name of 1 333 students, postgraduates and graduates.
