Foreign Diplomats Visit Various Places

Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- Diplomatic envoys of different countries, representatives of international organizations, staff members of foreign embassies and missions here visited the Pyongyang Essential Foodstuff Factory Wednesday on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. They paid tribute to the mosaic depicting President Kim Il Sung and general secretary Kim Jong Il standing in the compound. In the room dedicated to the history of the factory, they watched a video after being briefed on the leadership feats performed by the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu for the development of the factory. They looked round various places of the factory. Vietnamese Ambassador to the DPRK Le Quang Ba said that the dear respected Kim Jong Un made sure that the modern factory contributed to improving the people's living standard. On the same day, the guests visited the Pyongyang International Football School and Rungna People's Sports Park. They made entries in the visitor's book. Egyptian Ambassador Iman Mostafa Abdou Ahmed wrote that he came to know well that Kim Jong Un is directing great efforts to the development of physical culture and sports of the country. Chief of the Economic Cooperation Bureau of Libya Muhammad Mustafa wrote that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il devoted all their lives to the people. Kim Jong Un is paying deep attention to improving the people's living standard and developing the country's physical culture and sports, true to the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, he added. |
