Present there were Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials of party, armed forces and power organs and working people's organizations and those in the fields of science, education, literature and art, media and the preservation of revolutionary relics and the institutions for training party officials.

Presented at the seminar were papers explaining and proving the undying exploits the President performed by leading the war to victory.

Noting the victory in the war was a brilliant fruition of the Juche-oriented military idea and outstanding commanding art of the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, the speakers said:

No sooner had the U.S. imperialist aggressors started their all-out surprise invasion against the DPRK than the President set forth a strategic policy on crushing the enemy forces through a prompt counter-attack. He set forth various strategies including the formation of the strong second front with regular forces and harassing of the rear of the enemy, thus taking an initiative in the war and opening up a new phase.

The ideas of properly combining large-unit operations with small-unit ones, regular-army warfare with guerrilla warfare and conducting well mountain warfare and nighttime warfare, aircraft and tank-hunting team movements, sniper team movement and other original military ideas and war methods created by the President served as sources of the strength to work such a miracle as shattering the myth of the "mightiness" of the U.S. imperialists.

The President always found out weak points of the enemies to annihilate them and scrupulously organized operations with his matchless pluck and guts and superb commanding art.

He also clarified the immutable truth that the political and ideological power of the masses, not any weaponry or military technology, plays a decisive role in the war. He inflicted an ignominious defeat upon the U.S., the first of its kind in history, by giving fullest play to the mental power of the service personnel and people in the whole period of the war.

The speakers underscored the need for all the officials, party members and other people to eternally glorify the undying exploits the President performed by winning the war and the Songun revolutionary leadership feats of him and general secretary Kim Jong Il, create a new speed of a great surge of Songun Korea and work hard to attain a final victory in the struggle to build a thriving socialist nation and achieve national reunification under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
