The July 12th issue of the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai carried an article titled "President Kim Il Sung, great man in the century" illustrated with a portrait of the smiling President.

The article said:

His august name is more deeply enshrined in the minds of the Korean people and world progressives as time passes.

He made great contributions to the Korean revolution and global independence with his outstanding and seasoned leadership.

He was the most outstanding politician and state leader in the 20th century.

The July 1-15th issue of the Lao newspaper Saonum Lao carried a special write-up titled "Kim Il Sung, eternal President of the DPRK" illustrated with a portrait of the smiling President and the Pakistani newspaper Baluchistan Times on July 7 carried an article titled "Father of the people".

The domestic radio broadcasting service of Guinea on July 8 said that progressive humankind is highly praising Kim Il Sung as the eternal sun of Juche, introducing in detail the fact that he founded the immortal idea guiding the cause of independence and made a great contribution to the human cause of independence.

It stressed that the idea and cause of the President have been successfully carried forward by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The international broadcasting service and seven national languages broadcasting service of Guinea aired the similar program.

The radio and TV broadcasting services of Equatorial Guinea on July 8 aired programs highly praising the sacred revolutionary career of the President.
