They included a meeting in Switzerland, round-table talks in Britain and Malaysia and Korean book and photo exhibitions in Peru and Ethiopia.

Displayed in the exhibitions were photos of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un dealing with their exploits.

Also on display there were works of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu and books and photos introducing the army and people of the DPRK in their efforts to build a thriving nation.

The chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee said that the Korean people were the first to win a victory in the struggle against the U.S. imperialists.

He went on:

Generalissimo Kim Il Sung was an iron-willed commander and brilliant strategist who led the Fatherland Liberation War to a brilliant victory with Juche-oriented strategies and tactics.

If the U.S. imperialists provoke a war again, the army and people of the DPRK will wipe out the aggressors to the last man and achieve the reunification of the country, holding Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

The chairman of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain stressed that the Korean people have achieved a victory in the confrontation with the U.S. in the new century just as they did in the last century.

Speakers including the director of the M.K.P. Company of Malaysia said that the DPRK defeated the imperialist allied forces in the war which broke out in less than five years after its liberation from the colonial rule of the Japanese imperialists. They noted it was the greatest miracle.

Personages including the chairman of the Peruvian preparatory committee for celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War also highly praised the President for winning the victory in the war.

A message of greeting to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Switzerland.
