At the conference, the organization recalled the fact that Minister of Defense Kim Kwan Jin asked the U.S. secretary of Defense to postpone again the period for the transfer of the right scheduled for 2015.

This is, in fact, a revelation of the selfish intention of the military authorities to permanently give up the military sovereignty and draw water to their mill by maintaining the status quo, the organization noted, adding:

This means the present chief executive has reneged on her election commitment to take over the right to control wartime operations by 2015.

The organization demanded the authorities terminate the humiliating relations with the U.S. and completely dismantle the south Korea-U.S. "Combined Forces Command" and the "UN Command".
