President of Guinea-Bissau Refers to Boosting Friendly Relations with DPRK

| Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The president of Guinea-Bissau said he sincerely wished the Korean people bigger successes in their efforts for building a thriving nation and achieving independent and peaceful reunification of the country under the wise leadership of the great HE Kim Jong Un. He said this when receiving credentials from DPRK Ambassador to his country Kim Jun Gap on July 11. Noting that the DPRK and Guinea-Bissau have long-standing fraternal relations of friendship and cooperation, the president added: The great President Kim Il Sung rendered material and moral support to the people of Guinea-Bissau in their struggle for national liberation and building new society. The government and people of Guinea-Bissau always remember this, being thankful to him. The DPRK is a powerful socialist state which has achieved signal successes in politics, economy and culture, and military affairs in particular. I am convinced that the bilateral friendly and cooperative ties would grow stronger in various fields in the future. |
