They included a delegation of the chairmen of branches of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) led by Ho Myong Do, vice department director of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, delegation of officials of Chongryon headed by Pak Chun Se, vice-chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, delegation of educational officials of Chongryon led by Sin Kil Ung, principal of Tokyo Korean middle and high school, delegation of officials of the Union of Korean Central Educational Association in Japan headed by Vice-Chairman Jo Jong Je, delegation of officials of the Korean Youth League in Japan led by Nam Yu Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee, and delegation of the Korean Union of Democratic Women in Japan led by Ryang Ok Chul, vice-chairperson of the Central Standing Committee.

The members of the delegations placed bunches of flowers before the statues in humblest reverence for the peerlessly great men who made undying contributions to the development of Chongryon before paying tribute to them.
