Book "Among the People" Vol. 102 Published in DPRK

Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House published book of memoirs "Among the People" Vol. 102 to mark the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War. The book consists of 18 stories about undying exploits of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, an invincible and iron-willed commander and brilliant strategist who led the hard-fought war to victory, and his noble traits. Memoir "Immortal leadership in foiling the aggressive offensive of the U.S. imperialists" says that Kim Il Sung personally went to the forefront to wisely lead the struggle to make the U.S. imperialists be destined to fall like the setting sun. Other stories deal with the facts that he set forth the unique tactics to mercilessly destroy the U.S. imperialist aggressors and that he visited positions of anti-aircraft machine guns to give important instructions for firmly defending the air of the country. The book says that he saw to it that military academy and training course for sergeant majors were set even in the wartime, Juche was firmly established in education and commanding officers took care of soldiers' living as their real elder brothers would do. Some other stories tell about the noble traits and undying exploits of Kim Il Sung who showed fatherly love for the soldiers and people in the rear so that they might perform feats. |
