| Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Monday sent a congratulatory message to Philip upon his enthronement as king of Belgium. In the message Kim expressed belief that bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation would steadily develop. |
