President Kim Il Sung set forth Juche-oriented military idea and theory and exerted great efforts for bolstering up the revolutionary forces all his life, adding that he always achieved victories in the do-or-die battles against the imperialists and the acute showdown with them.

Human history knows no such peerlessly brilliant commander with literary and military accomplishments as President Kim Il Sung, who emerged ever-victorious with his prominent military strategy and commanding art, bearing the brunt of the showdown with the imperialists with arms all his life.

The member of the Executive Committee of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar said:

The U.S. imperialists provoked a war against the young DPRK to nip it in the bud and hurled even mercenaries from its satellite countries into the war.

The President put forth the original military idea that the factor of winning a victory in the war is not the level of war hardware or military technology but the service personnel and people and led the service personnel and people of the DPRK to victory with his superb strategy, tactics and war methods.

The U.S. imperialists who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world could not but bend their knees before the heroic DPRK.

The 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War is an auspicious event not only of the Korean people but of progressive humankind.

The Korean people will surely build a thriving nation and achieve the cause of national reunification under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, true to the behests of the President and leader Kim Jong Il.
