This reveals the Japanese reactionaries' aim to bolster the armed forces for strategic offensive.

Japan is making desperate efforts to increase the missile defense capabilities and bolster the capability of the "Self-Defense Forces" for a preemptive attack.

Japan's military action is aimed to turn the SDF into overseas aggression forces that are equipped with strategic offensive weapons and preemptive attack capabilities from the armed forces with the mission of defending the Japan proper only, and stage military operations in a world-wide scale at will.

This is a dangerous development in view of the peace and security of Northeast Asia and other parts of the world.

It is as clear as noonday that if Japan takes the road of aggression, surrounding countries will suffer disaster.

The Japanese reactionaries should behave with discretion, clearly understanding that their wild act to make the blood-stained history of aggression repeat would lead them to final destruction.
