On display in the exhibition were photos documenting the undying feats of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu.

Also displayed there were pictures showing the Korean people's struggle for building a thriving nation and Kimilsungia in full bloom.

Present at the opening ceremony of the exhibition were figures of various social strata in Guinea. Members of the DPRK embassy in Conakry attended the ceremony on invitation.

Speeches were made there.

Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Association in Guinea who is chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that President Kim Il Sung led the anti-Japanese war to a brilliant victory and realized the country's liberation. He went on:

The President defeated the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being "the strongest" in the world in the 1950-1953 Korean war to defend the sovereignty and dignity of the country.

The Korean people's miraculous victory in the war was a result of the President's wise leadership.

The President led the severe confrontation with U.S. imperialism to victory after the war and thus converted the DPRK into an invincible socialist power.

His immortal military exploits will shine forever with the world history of struggle against imperialism.

Banou Keita, chairman of the Guinea-Korea Friendship Association, said as follows:

The young DPRK, less than two years old, wrought the miracle in the severe confrontation with the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces. It was the victory of the outstanding strategy and tactics and superb military methods of the President.

The President who decorated the pages of the modern history of wars with the unique tactics was a peerless strategist and invincible and iron-willed commander.

He is, indeed, a peerlessly great man and a great sage who is always alive in the hearts of mankind
