They included Marcia de Campos Pereira, president of the Women's International Democratic Federation, Pavel Ovsyannikov, head and chief conductor of the "Orchestra of the 21st Century" of Russia, and his party, a delegation of the Mongolian Investment Holding Group headed by President Dugar Jargalsaikhan, a delegation of the Center for Energy and Security Studies of Russia headed by Director Anton Khlopkov, and Oliver Jonischkeit, federal secretary of the Left Bloc of the Austrian Trade Union Federation.

Earlier arrivals included a delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union headed by Hoang Thi Ai Nhien, vice-president of the Central Committee.
