The south Korean internet paper Voice of People on July 22 in an editorial quoted the chief executive as saying at the talks with her master U.S. that the "transfer of wartime operation control should be readied in the direction of strengthening the combined defense capacity".

This, in fact, signals the giving up of the military sovereignty, the editorial said, adding that it hints at the exchange of views for delaying the transfer of the right to command wartime operation at the talks.

It said matter is the viewpoint of the military authorities and rulers of worshipping and kowtowing to America as they are obsessed to the marrow of their bones with the way of thinking of totally depending on the U.S.
