They laid wreaths and bouquets at the wreath-laying stand "Soul of Heroes", recollecting their comrades-in-arms who bravely fought life-and-death battles against the enemy during the wartime, shouting long live the leader.

They paid silent tribute to martyrs who performed heroic feats in the battles against the U.S. imperialist aggressors under the leadership of the Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, invincible and iron-willed commander.

They went round the cemetery.

They made the rounds of a monument bearing President Kim Il Sung's proposition and a gatepost of a peculiar style, a monument to a poem dedicated to hero soldiers and group sculptures which were built around the Memorial Tower of the People's Army Martyrs.
