Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in a commentary in this regard:

This is an unpardonable action to disintegrate and obliterate the Pomminryon South Headquarters that stands in the van of the movement for the country's reunification, a vicious challenge to all the Koreans who aspire after the improvement of the inter-Korean relations, and the anti-reunification action to dampen the ever- mounting atmosphere for the national reconciliation, unity and independent reunification.

The members of Pomminryon South Headquarters have done nothing to be incriminated.

They have so far positively carried on the struggle to implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and achieve the peace and reunification on the peninsula in line with the Koreans' ardent will for reunification, and to realize independence and democracy in south Korean society.

The members of Pomminryon South Headquarters who were arrested and detained by the south Korean authorities are suffering from serious illness in jail owing to the crackdown by the anti-reunification forces.

The south Korean fascists' suppression of the pro-reunification forces is related to the serious ruling crisis those maniacs have faced.

They are seized with fear in the face of the people's struggle to judge the regime. Therefore, they are making desperate efforts to intensify the crackdown upon the pro-reunification forces and calm down the struggle against the regime to get rid of the ruling crisis.

No fascist crackdown by the south Korean authorities can ever block the just and patriotic activities of the pro-reunification forces including Pomminryon which is waging unflinching struggle for independence, democracy and reunification.
