They accused the IS of illegally interfering in the election and the police of releasing the results of false investigation into it to cover up the case.

They said they were stunned by the reckless act of fully opening the minutes of the 2007 south-north summit to public.

All these acts are a challenge and crime in history as they are a criminal act of trampling down democracy, they noted, adding:

The "government" and the "Saenuri Party" are working hard to evade the responsibility, instead of probing the truth behind the illegal case and owning the responsibility for it. This goes to prove that the present regime is a successor to the past military fascist dictatorial regime.

If the ruling forces refuse to own the responsibility for the case of the IS's illegal interference in the election, they will meet the same strong resistance of the people as what happened during the April 19 uprising and the June 10 resistance, the declaration warned.
