In the message the Guinean president extended warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Guinean government and people and on his own behalf on the significant 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The message noted that the Korean people's historic victory in the war marked an event specially recorded in the history of the DPRK.

The Guinean president reaffirmed his firm will to make efforts to develop the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.

He sent the best wishes for Kim Jong Un's good health and the Korean people's peace and prosperity.
