In the message the Chadian president, on behalf of the government and people of Chad and on his own behalf, extended sincerest and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War and wished him good health and happiness and all Korean people prosperity.

He reiterated his firm will to make positive efforts to boost the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and the two peoples.

The Chadian president once again sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and pleasant holiday.
