Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- Lectures were given in Russia, India, Indonesia, Guinea and Democratic Congo between July 17 and 25 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. The chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that the victory won by the Korean people in the just war against the U.S. imperialists was an event of weighty importance in the world history. The DPRK led by President Kim Il Sung taught a serious lesson to the aggressors and firmly defended the sovereignty and the gains of revolution, he noted. The chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India stated it was thanks to the wise leadership of the President that the DPRK less than two years old could win in the war. The director of an Indonesian company said Songun politics, almighty treasured sword and victorious banner of the cause of independence, will shed its rays more brightly in the world as Marshal Kim Jong Un is successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders. The dean of the Arts Faculty of Dubreka Art College of Guinea denounced the U.S. for trying hard to stifle the DPRK, oblivious of the lesson 60 years ago. If a new Korean war breaks out, the U.S. would be bound to meet a miserable end, he said. July 27 will shine forever as the day of victory for the Korean people. The chairman of the Association for Implementing the Juche Philosophy of Democratic Congo praised Kim Il Sung for shattering the U.S. imperialists' myth of "mightiness" with his outstanding strategy, tactics and war methods, warm loving care and deep trust in the servicepersons and people. |
