DPRK Book, Photo and Handicraft Exhibition Opens in Mongolia
Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- A DPRK book, photo and handicraft exhibition opened in Ulan Bator on July 26 to mark the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Mongolia.

On display there were photos documenting feats of supreme leader Kim Jong Un, works of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu, books and photos introducing the true picture of Songun Korea and handicrafts associated with the creative talents of the Korean people.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

The vice-minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Mongolia said at the opening ceremony:

Mongolia and the DPRK have steadily developed the traditional and fraternal relations of friendship despite any change of the situation and will further enrich the bilateral ties in their contents and form.

The exhibition will help the Mongolian people deeply understand the heroic effort of the Korean people for building a thriving nation and Korean culture and art on a high level.

The Mongolian people will always support the cause of the Korean people to defend their sovereignty, achieve national reunification and build a thriving socialist nation.
