The declaration accused the IS of interfering in the election last year and illegally opening the minutes of the south-north summit to public in a bid to divert elsewhere public criticism of its wrong doings.

Terming it a reckless act of quelling the people's desire for democracy, the declaration urged the present "government" not to disregard such growing anger of the people.

The declaration demanded a thorough probe into the truth about the case and punishment of those involved in it. It also urged the present chief executive to make an apology for the illegal act.
