Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- The congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan headed by Hong In Hum, chairman of the Central Audit Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, left here on Saturday after taking part in the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
