Kim Yong Nam Arrives in Iran

| Tehran, August 3 (KCNA Correspondent) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, arrived in Tehran on Saturday to attend the inaugural ceremony of the Iranian president on the invitation of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He was accompanied by Pak Kil Yon, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and other suite members. A guard of honor of Iranian army lined up at the airport to welcome them. They were greeted by Soltani Far, advisor to the president, and officials concerned of the presidential office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and DPRK Ambassador Jo In Chol to Iran and staff members of the embassy there. |
