In the message Mironov, on his own behalf and on behalf of the A Just Russia, sent congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to all the Korean people on the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

Noting that this historic event was of weighty significance in the DPRK, the message said the victory won by the Korean people in the struggle against the imperialist forces six decades ago was the most significant event of the meaningful anniversaries recorded in the modern history of the DPRK.

It wished Kim Jong Un and all the citizens of the DPRK good health, happiness and big successes.

It expressed hope that the cooperation between the two countries and between the A Just Russia and the Workers' Party of Korea would favorably develop.
