The work, made public on April 6, Juche 101 (2012), clarifies that it is the principled requirement for victoriously advancing the Korean revolution to hold leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

It also indicates the tasks to steadily develop the WPK into the glorious party of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The book releasing ceremony was held at the publishing house on July 29.
