The declaration said that farmers turned out, infuriated by the grave situation where democracy is violated and even the "National Assembly" played down.

It accused the IS of siding with the "Saenuri Party" and labeling the opposition parties as "forces following the north" even before the "presidential election" while fostering provincialism by malignantly speaking ill of Kwangju and South Jolla Province.

The headquarters of election campaign for the present chief executive was behind all these cases, it charged.

Now that it became clear the IS was the base for the election rigging, the present chief executive should be held fully accountable for the case, the declaration said.

It noted that the organization would carry on the actions till the truth about the case is probed, the IS disorganized and the chief executive owns the responsibility.
