Preparatory Cutting Faces Provided in Kaechon Area

| Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- The Kaechon Area Coal Mining Complex in South Phyongan Province has provided 26 preparatory cutting faces this year, with eight in the Kaechon Coal Mine and seven in Pongchon Coal Mine. The Kaechon Coal Mine has overfulfilled its daily quota by operating compressors and rock drills at full capacity. The Mujindae Youth Coal Mine has given priority to raising the efficiency of blasting. Other coal mines under the complex are also channeling efforts into securing reserve coal deposits. |
