The nursery covering more than 10 000 square meters has full conditions for mass-producing good species of saplings.

The city forestry management station constructed a water tank for fully supplying water to the cultivation grounds in a gravity-fed way by using water source flowing down from mountain valleys. It also installed drain pipes and revolving round spraying equipment.

The cultivation grounds were built in a peculiar style with over hundreds of concrete pillars and sunshades.
