DPRK Players Successful at 2nd Asian Juvenile Games

| Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- DPRK players have proved successful at the Second Asian Juvenile Games now under way in Nanjing of China. The games, which started on August 16 and will last till August 24, brought together more than 2 000 players from 45 countries and regions including the DPRK, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Indonesia and Japan. DPRK player O Son Hui came first in women's 44kg judo event while another player Song Nam Hyang placed first in women's 10 meter platform diving. DPRK weightlifter Ri Chong Song bagged a gold medal by lifting a total of 253kg in men's 62kg category. |
