Present at the talks from the DPRK side were members of the visiting DPRK government delegation and its ambassador to Benin and from the Beninese side were the director of the department for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, Francophone Countries and Overseas Compatriots.

At the talks both sides informed each other of the situation in their countries and exchanged views on the issue of developing the bilateral relations and matters of common concern.
