They said about the Songun revolutionary records of Kim Jong Il, who visited every nook and corner of the country despite cold wind, rain and snow, kindled the torch of great surge and aroused all the service personnel and people to perform miracles and feats.

They vowed to devote their patriotic mind to building a thriving nation as required by the stirring era in the spirit of the historic 2013 March plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
