Attending it will be musical instrument factories, researchers, instrumentalists, individual makers of musical instruments and teachers and students in the field of art education as well as quality control officials.

According to Choe Yong Nam, a department director of the Ministry of Culture, overseas Koreans and foreigners related to manufacturing musical instruments can take part in the exhibition.

On display will be national musical instruments and home-made western musical instruments, articles and parts of instruments, tools for manufacturing instruments, domestic and foreign technologies for manufacturing instruments and newly-discovered ancient Korean musical instruments.

There will be experience-sharing meeting, seminar and concert during the exhibition.

The jury will be made up of professionals and amateurs and the organizing committee for exhibition will award diplomas and prizes to units and individuals that exhibit excellent instruments.
