Explaining the reason why he said so, he noted: Western media are busy with false propaganda about the DPRK.

I got impressions that the Korean people feel happy. In fact, we saw their bright smiles and happiness. I do not want to beautify what I witnessed.

Antonio Lazi, a senator of Italy, said that the DPRK is not such country as claimed by the West.

He went on:

The Korean people are simple and have a high sense of etiquette.

The DPRK is a very stable country. Streets are beautiful and clean and new skyscraper apartment houses stand in rows.

I advise all people to visit the DPRK. It is better to go the DPRK before saying anything about it.

Borges Rodriguez, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party, said he was greatly shocked to watch the July 27 celebrations in the DPRK.

I commanded a bird's-eye view of beautiful Pyongyang from the observation deck of the Tower of the Juche Idea and had a clear understanding of the DPRK. It is hard to conceal and distort the gains and achievements made by the heroic Korean people of which bourgeois media have spoken ill. During an event I had a chance of seeing Kim Jong Un, leader of the DPRK, very near from me and found him very kind-hearted and benign.
