The country's reunification is possible if the north and the south fundamentally improve the inter-Korean relations and the compatriots from all walks of life at home and abroad pool their efforts for it.

They should turn out in the nation-wide struggle for independent reunification, peace and prosperity with confidence and optimism about the reunification.

They should briskly conduct the campaigns for reunification in the north and the south and abroad and intensify solidarity, alliance and joint actions for the country's reunification, irrespective of ideology, ism and social system.

All the Koreans in the north and the south and abroad should display ardent patriotism and usher in a new phase of the country's reunification this year through the nation-wide patriotic struggle.
