Prime Minister Jong Hong Won, when meeting the riff-raffs of the investigation group, bragged that the south is promoting the institution of the "law on human rights in the north", while talking about "universal value of humankind".

A commentary of Rodong Sinmun Saturday says that the south Korean ruling forces' act of kicking up the smear human rights campaign against the DPRK going against the trend of the situation toward dialogue is a serious politically-motivated provocation of chilling the atmosphere for dialogue and improvement of the relations between the north and the south.

Thanks to the sincere efforts and positive measures taken by the DPRK, there created the atmosphere for dialogue and cooperation on the Korean Peninsula where tensions had soared in recent months, the commentary says, adding:

It is essential to stop all confrontational acts against the dialogue partner to keep the hard-won atmosphere for dialogue.

The "public hearing" with the attendance of members of the plot-breeding organization being staged by the south Korean ruling forces is a product of an unpardonable criminal plot to hurt the ideology and social system of the fellow countrymen in league with outsiders.

The institution of the "law on human rights in the north" cried out by the south Korean "prime minister" is little short of an open declaration that he wants "unification of social systems", not confidence, unity and independent reunification of the north and the south.

The south Korean authorities are speaking loudly of building "confidence" between the north and the south. If they are sincere in this claim, they should stop the smear "human rights" campaign of distrusting and antagonizing the ideology and social system of their fellow countrymen in the north.
