Anniversary of DPRK to Be Marked in Romania

Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- A Romanian national preparatory committee to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the DPRK was inaugurated on Aug. 19.

Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee set the celebration period from Aug. 25 to Sept. 9 and decided to organize colorful political and cultural events including meeting, seminar and film show during the period.
