Ali Houdou, president of the Socialist Party of Benin, said this in an inauguration ceremony of the preparatory committee of his party to mark the 65th anniversary of the DPRK on Aug. 22.

He went on:

Kim Il Sung founded the DPRK on September 9, 1948.

He turned the people's government into the representative of the independent rights of the popular masses, organizer of their creative activities and their credible protector responsible for their living.

He also set up the state machinery meeting the law-governed requirements of the social development under socialism and made sure that the activities of the state organs were steadily improved and strengthened.
