The message said that the Korean people are rejoiced over the fact that the Vietnamese people are achieving great success in their efforts to put the country on industrial and modern basis under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, sincerely hoping that everything would go on well in the future, too.

Expressing the belief that the DPRK-Vietnamese friendly and cooperative relations with long history and tradition would steadily grow stronger in conformity with the interests and desires of the two countries, the message wished the president greater success in his responsible work.
