Women's Premier Soccer League Matches Close

| Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- Thrilling league matches among women's premier soccer teams which had started in the run-up to the 65th birthday of the DPRK came to a close. The last matches between Ri Myong Su and Kalmaegi teams belonging to Group C and between Pyongyang and Hwangryongsan teams belonging to Group D took place at Kim Il Sung Stadium on Wednesday. Ri Myong Su Team beat its rival 2:0 while Pyongyang Team trounced its rival 5:1. Semi-finals will be played by the teams which proved successful in each group from Sept. 6 to 8. |
