The bulletin in an article titled "65th anniversary of DPRK" introduced in detail the nation-building exploits of President Kim Il Sung, noting he attached the greatest importance to the building of the people's government after the liberation of Korea on August 15, 1945 and led the struggle for it.

Noting Kim Il Sung declared the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on September 9, 1948, the article said the founding was of great significance in the history of socialist Korea.

Also carried in the bulletin was the news about the events splendidly held in the DPRK to mark the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

The bulletin in an article titled "Socialist system is the best" dealt with the foreign and domestic reporters' interview with Kim Kwang Ho and his wife and Ko Kyong Hui who returned the DPRK after being taken away to south Korea by the plot and deception of the puppet south Korean forces.
