Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A delegation of public health of the DPRK led by Minister of Public Health Kang Ha Guk left here Friday to take part in the 31st meeting of health ministers of Southeast region and the 66th general meeting of the World Health Organization to be held in New Delhi.
