The president in the message extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the friendly people of the DPRK in the name of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the DPRK. He also wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the people of the DPRK bigger progress and prosperity.

Availing himself of the opportunity, the president in the message reconfirmed Syria's efforts to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between Syria and the DPRK in the interests of the two peoples.
