Present there were Vice- Chairman Choe Su Bong and officials of the above-said association and Hwang Yong Du, chairman of its Liaoning regional association.

Choe Su Bong made a keynote speech titled "We warmly greet the 65th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK".

He stressed that the DPRK, independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in defence, could be built thanks to the wise leadership of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

He noted that the plan of the Generalissimos to build a rich and powerful nation is being successfully carried forward by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He declared that the officials of his association and all the Koreans in China would deeply cherish the honor and pride of being overseas citizens of Juche-oriented Korea and make a tangible contribution to the patriotic work to further glorify the DPRK, keeping pace with the people in the motherland who are vigorously advancing at the "speed on Masik Pass" under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Then speeches were made there.

A message of greetings to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the round-table talks.

At the end of the talks the participants watched a Korean film.
