They included a delegation of the Association of Korean Businessmen in China, a delegation of Korean artistes in China, a delegation of the Association of Korean Economic Workers in Shenyang, China, a delegation of the Korean Association for Economic and Cultural Exchange in Dandong, China, a delegation of the Council of Compatriots in New Zealand and a delegation of the Federation of Koreans in Australia.

Also arriving on the same day were home-visiting groups of Koreans in Japan headed by Ro Kyong Sok and Choe Jo Ung respectively and a home-visiting group of students of Korean high school in Japan headed by Choe In Thae, principal of Korean primary, middle and high school in Ibaraki.
