The bulletin said:

The DPRK is a socialist power guided by the Juche idea where the people are its master.

The party and government of the DPRK shape all lines and policies based on the people-centered Juche idea and pursue them in line with the requirements and interests of the people.

It was a motto of President Kim Il Sung, founding father of socialist Korea, to believe in people as in Heaven.

The President declared before the whole world on Sept. 9, 1948 the founding of the DPRK which represents and protects the interests of the working masses including workers and farmers.

The 65 years covered by the DPRK was the period in which it has invariably implemented its programme.

Highly praising Generalissimo Kim Il Sung for his exploits in the nation-building and Generalissimo Kim Jong Il for his Songun leadership feats, the bulletin said that the DPRK, the homeland of Juche, will prosper forever thanks to the absolute support of the people.

It also carried a photo showing the panoramic view of Pyongyang.
