The Brazilian president in her message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on behalf of the people of Brazil and on her own behalf on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the DPRK. She reiterated the stand of Brazil to boost the relations with the DPRK on the occasion.

She noted that she was very pleased with the recent improvement in the relations between the north and the south of Korea, expressing her conviction that the tension on the Korean Peninsula can be defused only through dialogue and by peaceful solution necessary for regional stability and development.

She sincerely wished Kim Jong Un happiness and the people of the DPRK prosperity and peace.
