The DPRK's founding was a historic declaration which heralded the appearance of the country guided by the idea of believing in people as in Heaven and the genuine state for the people, the first of its kind in human history, and an event of national historic significance as it brought a worthy life as an independent human being to the Koreans in the homeland and overseas, the message said, adding:

Thanks to the feats performed by President Kim Il Sung who dedicated his all to the country and its people, finding himself among the people all his life, the DPRK could dynamically advance along the road of victory, meeting all challenges of history, and shed its rays all over the whole world as a bulwark of independence indicating the future of humankind.

The DPRK adorned with victories and glory shed more brilliant rays and demonstrated its might as a dignified socialist power of Juche steering the 21st century and the motherland of Songun boasting its tremendous national power thanks to general secretary Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Un, possessed of matchless outstanding quality and traits, has brought to the highest level the dignity of the socialist motherland associated with the feats performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il all their lives, decisively meeting all challenges of the imperialists with his tested leadership.

The General Association of Koreans in China and all compatriots here wish Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Korean people and tender-hearted father of the overseas compatriots, good health for the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche, the prosperity of the DPRK, the independent reunification of the country and the development of the movement of Koreans in China.
